Zoe Ryan signs on for 2022

Zoe Ryan has re-signed for Peninsula Power after signing from The Gap FC part-way through last season.

A true Queensland football nomad, Ryan has certainly played at her fair share of clubs in a career spanning 20 years including Albany Creek Excelsior, Pine Hills, The Gap FC, North Brisbane, Virginia United, Mitchelton FC, Moreton Bay United and now, Peninsula Power.

A former QAS and Queensland Schoolgirls representative, Ryan played the majority of her careers as an outfield player before deciding to don the Goalkeeping gloves at the age of 32.

Ryan is excited for the next chapter with Peninsula Power and what the future holds for the program.

"I'm thrilled to be returning to Peninsula Power for another season in the women's program under the expertise of Alex Smith.

"I look forward to refining my skills as a goalkeeper while sharing in the unique philosophy for women's football that Alex brings to the club."

Head of Women's Football, Alex Smith, is excited to have a player of Zoe's experience around a young group.

"Happy to have Zoe on board to complete our Goalkeeping stocks for the season.

"She brought experience to the group last year and we're looking for the same from her in 2022.

"Looking forward to working with her this season."
