Walking Football

Welcome to Peninsula Power Walking Football - a fun, inclusive team sport suitable for all levels of ability and fitness - regardless of your age or whether you have played before.


Our Annual Membership is affordable at $50 per year - plus $5 at each nights participation under lights.


Your annual membership covers Football Qld Insurance and social participation fee. It also covers PPFC Membership and all field equipment used each time.


We also have a number of social events throughout the year.


Walking Football meet on Tuesday evenings weekly, at Dalton Park, Maine Road, Clontarf, 

from 1900 hrs to 2000 hrs.

What is Walking Football?
Walking Football is a small-sided, low-impact, modified version of the game, suitable for all levels of ability and fitness, from people who are returning to sport after a break or those who’ve never played before.

Who is Walking Football suitable for?
The Walking Football program aims to improve physical and mental health and well-being among older Australians, providing participants with opportunities to socialise while experiencing the benefits of ongoing physical activity.

Why play Walking Football with Peninsula Power?
Our Walking Football is fun, inclusive, and social. We have games that are a little more competitive, and games that are very social for those who have never played or their body doesn’t allow for competitive play
