Poljak joins Power for 2022

POLJAKBANNER
Ante Poljak has returned to Queensland in style, joining Peninsula Power for the 2022 season.

The exciting attacker will bolster Power's forward stocks and provide real firepower in front of goal.

Poljak is no stranger to Brisbane football, previously playing for Olympic FC, Brisbane City FC, and Eastern Suburbs.

Prior to joining Power, Poljak spent two years playing Victoria with Green Gully, Dandenong City and St. Albans Saints Dinamo.

Poljak also brings international experience to Peninsula Power spending time playing in Croatia with first division side, HNK Hadjuk Split and in the Spanish third division with Real Racing Club Santander.

The mercurial forward is excited to now ply his trade at the the powerhouse club that is Peninsula Power.

“I joined Peninsula Power because I wanted to play at the best club in Queensland.

"Power has this winning mentality that you just can't say no to."

Director of Football, Ben Ryan, is impressed with the surprise signing's impact and excited for what he can bring to Peninsula Power in 2022.

"Ante came out of left field really.

"We weren't specifically looking for a striker as such but when we were alerted to him and watched a few games from the last few years, we liked what we saw."
